2020 INFINITI Q50 SEDAN
The Q50 comes in four outstanding trim levels. The
base Pure trim is packed with fantastic features like simulated
leather-upholstery, LED fog lights, automatic wipers, automatic LED headlights,
selectable drive modes, power-adjustable front seats, 17-inch alloy wheels,
dual-zone automatic climate control, keyless entry and ignition, a six-speaker
sound system, two UBS ports, an updated infotainment system, and a CD play. The
upper trims build on the Pure with features like a sunroof, aluminium interior
accents, real leather upholstery, sportier styling, bigger brakes, premium
sound systems, rear parking sensors, navigation, performance tires, and a
surround-view camera. The Red Sport 400 model kicks things up a notch with
exclusive features like red stitching interior accents and quilted leather
upholstery.
In the 2020 model year, the Q50’s standard engine is a
3.0-liter twin-turbocharged that generates up to 300 horsepower and 295
pound-feet of torque. A more powerful version of this engine is available creating
400 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque. This engine block was created
entirely out of aluminium which increases responsiveness and reduces overall
weight. Rear-wheel drive is the standard drivetrain configuration for the Q50
but Intelligent All-Wheel Drive is available. This drivetrain monitors speed,
throttle, and wheel spin and is able to send up to 50% of the available power
to the front wheels for enhanced tractions. When the AWD system is not needed,
all power is sent to the rear wheels for a classic sports car feel. The Q50
also boasts INFINITI Drive Mode Selector that allows you to tailor the sedan’s
performance to your driving style. Both engine options are mated to a
seven-speed automatic transmission.
